THE PROBLEM

Das schnell wachsende Rybrinks in Kungsbacka liefert Oberteile, Seifen und Baumwolle an Lebensmittelgeschäfte und einige der großen Kosmetikketten. Rybrinks hat einen Jahresumsatz von fast 300 Millionen SEK. Ihr Inventar und ihre Einkäufe werden von SOLO von PromoSoft abgewickelt.

- Für uns ist es sehr wichtig, die Produkte zu Hause vorrätig zu haben, wenn die Händler sie haben wollen. Wenn sie nicht im Regal sind, können Verbraucher ein anderes Produkt wählen, sagt Maria Bergvall, Einkäuferin bei Rybrinks.

THE SOLUTION

Previously, Rybrink's purchases and stock were handled in a self-composed Excel sheet. SOLO Warehouse Management is now fully integrated with Gunry's Winbas business system. PromoSoft wrote the entire integration with Winbas and has full control of the whole.

- SOLO helps me keep track of sales and what we should have in stock so as not to sell out.

Purchasing and inventory management now require less working time and the risk of out-of-stock has decreased.
