"You get insight into an entire development process where there is an opportunity to influence the whole way."

What did you do before joining Promosoft?

Most recently, I came from Canon Medical Systems, where I worked with the coordination of public procurement. Prior to that, I worked for many years in various positions in logistics and purchasing. For example, I have been warehouse manager at Bauhaus, where I also worked as a team leader in logistics and also been a purchasing coordinator.

What got you started on Promosoft?

It was via LinkedIn that I received tips that the company was looking for a project manager who would like to have experience in the logistics area. I immediately saw that there was an opportunity to connect in an interesting way my previous roles and experiences in the field. Something that also attracted was that Promosoft is a small company with big ambitions where I can be involved and build something.

What do you do in your role as Project Manager / Consultant?

I am involved in running integration projects which then move to a more customer management role. This means that I am involved in a project as long as the customer is a customer. From implementation to training, and until the customer is independent and the project transitions to a consulting phase. One of my most important tasks is to make sure things get done!

What does your workday look like?

There is a lot of customer contact in the form of design, problem solving and training. An important task is to capture customer needs and ensure that they are reflected in SOLO. This is done, among other things, through design meetings together with my colleagues.

What is the biggest challenge in your job?

That there are always challenges! That different customers have different problems. There is no one-size-fits-all solution and it is important to be sensitive to customers' changing needs and requirements.

Can you tell us about an interesting project you have been involved in?

There are several such as the release of the latest SOLO version. Being involved in the development of a product is exciting. Another example is to see how a customer proposal goes over to system development and then move on to a solution that is implemented and gives a satisfied customer.

What do you think is the best thing about Promosoft?

The team spirit! We solve problems together and celebrate success together. I also like the strong customer focus and the long-term customer relationships. The company's strength is also a unique solution in a very exciting area.

Why do you think you should work at Promosoft?

You get insight into a complete development process where there is an opportunity to influence all the way. You become part of the solution in a completely different way than when working with a more limited part. It also provides a broad understanding of customers' operations and needs. Together we work towards the same goal and whoever starts here gets fantastically good and nice colleagues!
